Wonderful!Not only a well informed salesperson (I'd done my homework) but, he was fun, witty and a joy. Yes, he is a salesman but, he worked with us so, we choose to purchase from him (we'd been shopping for a few months) because, he helped us purchase what we wanted, in the price frame we wanted and we had a good time doing it. We don't actually have our purchase in our home so, unable to review it but, we're sure we'll be happy with it because, after our months of shopping it was the mattress and frame we kept coming back to. FYI the price we paid was under the best price we could find on-line and it's going to get delivered and set-up.

Poor customer serviceI purchase a beautyrest king mattress set. The sales lady Jenn did not follow up with me. I called many times and she never called me. She also did not tell me there were 3 height sizes of box springs. She shipped me a 9 in box springs which I am 5ft tall and couldn't get in and out very well. The day I talked to her I had left message at 945am. She never called me. I called again at 3pm to talk to her. She was nasty on the phone and would not take responsibility for not discussing the heighth of the box springs. She charged me more money to ship me a lower box springs. She also forgot to add bed frame to my order. Would not purchase from her again.

Bed broke..forced to buy a new one.We loved our tempurpedic bed. But last night the motor that moves the bed to different positions quit. We have had this bed for 20 years and we LOVED it. So today we found our selves bed shopping. We walked into the Bend Oregon Store and got the best customer service we have ever had. Seth made us very comfortable. He listened to ALL the things that we liked about our old bed, and some things we didn't (the king SPLIT mattress). He took all the time we needed to make up our mind to be sure we got the right mattress for us. We take delivery of the bed in 3 days and are really excited to start our new experience and look forward to 20 more years of great sleep.

Was turned off!We were in the other day looking at a very expensive Temper Hybrid model as a comparison to the sleep number bed we also looked at. we REALLY loved the bed and the gentleman serving us was very knowledgeable and nice.. BUT. we were VERY turned off when our request to have him just give us a total price for all we were looking at quickly turned into him picking a delivery date and me having to sign a document saying that if I didn't call back by end of day to cancel the order the bed would be delivered COD! I truly don't understand that and it is VERY off putting as a consumer. Needless to say we canceled what could have been a $9K transaction and drove to sleep # and purchased that one..

so far, so good !!Because our new (fancy king size) bed hasn't been delivered yet, I can only comment on our buying experience. The sales associate (Chris) that worked with us, was very knowledgable, able to answer all of questions, allowed us time to try each mattress, and helped us make our decision, with so many choices, this can be a daunting experience ! My experience with arranging for delivery was equally satisfying, the agent that took my call, was experienced, helpful, and patient, as i think i changed delivery dates twice (sorry!) . ... We are excited for our new bed !! and pretty confident the folks that deliver, and do the set-up will be just as
professional as the in store staff . .. Thanks much !

Exemplary Sales AssociateSo we had been to several mattress on Presidents Day and we were rather weary of the process but then we got to Sleep Train and met Seth Vander Zee. Seth was extremely professional and helpful and really took the time to ensure he understood our needs before showing us any mattresses. Most of the other places we had been to were simply trying to sell us the most expensive mattress but not necessarily the best one for us. Seth kept saying that he wanted to earn or business and he most definitely did. It's because of Seth that we have become lifelong Sleep Train customers.

Great service, poor policyI went to Sleep Train to locate a metal frame for my 3 year old. The associate was very friendly and helpful and offered assistance selecting a box spring. I declined on the box spring and he carried the frame out to my car for me. After getting it home I decided on a platform bed for my son instead so I returned the metal frame. The associate who did my return (the same day) was also pleasant but I was disappointed to find out that since I paid with a debit card I would be receiving my refund in the form of a mailed check 2 weeks later. Very inconvenient.

Excellent ServiceI live out of town and needed new beds for a rental at Sunriver. I left a message on their answering machine an hour before the store opened. I knew they were going to be busy as it was the last day of their Thanksgiving sale. I was called back 15 minutes before they opened and we had the items picked out, paid for and delivery set up with our property management company all before the store opened. Seth Vander Zee was extremely professional, answered all my questions quickly and made it all happen with ease. I will definitely shop here again!! Sue
